Fiat Charting is a personal charting companion for the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: your data stays on your device and in your own private iCloud account. We do not collect it, see it, or share it.
We do not collect any personal information. Fiat Charting has no user accounts, no login, and no sign-up. The developer does not receive, store, or have access to any data you enter into the app.
The observations and chart information you record are stored:
Your data is never transmitted to the developer or to any third-party server.
Fiat Charting contains no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app does not use third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Because we do not collect your data, we do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone. Any sharing of your own chart — for example, exporting a PDF to send to your FertilityCare Practitioner — is an action you initiate and control entirely.
You can delete your data at any time by removing entries within the app or by deleting the app. Data stored in your private iCloud is managed through your Apple ID and iCloud settings, which are under your control.
Fiat Charting is intended for adult users. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
Fiat Charting is an educational and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a substitute for instruction from a certified FertilityCare Practitioner or care from your physician. The app records and displays the information you enter; interpretation of your chart belongs to you and your FertilityCare Practitioner.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
